CONSTRUCTION OF THE MAIN DATA CENTER

Services provided:
  • Development of budget, concept, and technical solutions for a Data Center with a total area of over 17,000 square meters (in cooperation with a systems integrator).
  • Participation in architectural change approvals during building reconstruction.

Project Parameters:

  • Total area = over 17,000 square meters;
  • Power capacity = over 25 MW;
  • Infrastructure reliability level = TIER III;
  • Robust power supply system: grid + gas generation;
  • Multiple types of rack spaces with medium and high density.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (MOSCOW)

Services provided:
  • Project management for the creation of IT and engineering infrastructure during the construction of office and auxiliary spaces for one of the major corporate clients in the Federation Tower (30 floors, 2,100 square meters each).
  • Participation in the development and approval of technical and project solutions, along with technical supervision of their execution.
  • Organizing collaboration among project stakeholders (5 main contractors).
  • КQuality control of work and compliance.

Project Parameters:

  • Approximately 650 square meters of server rooms;
  • 17 systems;
  • Cold center, Lamperts center
  • Resilience level:
    2N - for air conditioning systems

SERVER ROOM INSPECTION

Completed work:

  • Conducting real measurements of operational parameters, determining compliance with project solutions and the requirements of current Russian regulations. Photo documentation of key elements, measurement results, and inspections.
  • Preparation of a detailed report, including the documentation of key points, description of deviations from project solutions and current Russian regulations.
  • Analysis of identified problems, risk description, prioritization, and preparation of recommendations for their minimization and/or elimination.
  • Re-audit of sites based on the contractor's work and verification of issue resolutions.

In the Data Center industry since 2005. One of the first in the world to undergo training at the Uptime Institute under the Accredited Tier Designer program (certificate ATD №7). Actively contributes to shaping the domestic Data Center service market, bringing in the best domestic and international practices in the creation, operation, and modernization of data centers.

Specialists of various profiles involved in projects have proven themselves as a highly qualified team capable of solving tasks of any scale and complexity. Budgeting, site selection, project risk analysis, conceptual design, technical specifications, competitive procedures, project investment justification, control of supplies and quality of execution—these and other important directions are represented in the competence portfolio of the [dc]2 team.
